Mission & Bylaws
ARTICLE V - MANAGEMENT
Section 1. - The affairs of this Corporation shall be conducted by its Board of Directors.
Section 2. - Every Active, Life and Retired member shall be entitled to cast one vote on any issue brought before the membership at any meeting of the Society.
Section 3. - The officers and directors and the appropriate representatives of the Nebraska Dental Association, as provided in the Bylaws of the Society and those of the Nebraska Dental Association, shall be elected by a vote of the membership. All of these officials shall serve terms as prescribed by the Bylaws.
