ARTICLE VII - MEETINGS
Section 1. - The annual meeting of the Omaha District Dental Society shall be held in January of each year in conjunction with the regular meeting at a place specified by the Board of Directors
Section 2. - Regular meetings of the Society shall be held at such time and place as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
Section 3. - Special members of the Society may be called by the President or by a notice signed by five Directors or thirty members of the Society. Five days written notice of such meetings shall be distributed to all members of the Society.
Section 4. - Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held to conduct the business of the Society. These shall be called by the President.
Section 5. - Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by the President or by a notice signed by five Directors.
